VISITING RULES
Visiting hours: Every day from 10:00 to 21:00.
Please follow these rules:
- Visits should be made during visiting hours.
- Those with conditions such as fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, and skin infections should not visit to control infections.
- Do not touch medical devices, medications, or attached IVs.
- Do not bring any food/drink to the patient without the doctor’s permission.
- Do not bring live flowers to the patient for the patient’s health.
- Do not unnecessarily touch hospitalized patients or examine their wounds.
DEAR COMPANIONS
- You can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast: 07:00-08:00, Lunch: 12:00-13:00, Dinner: 18:00-19:00. Meals will be brought to the rooms by cafeteria staff.
- Do not give medication or additional food to your patient without informing your doctor and nurse.
- You can put perishable food in the refrigerator located on the floor.
- You can use the bathrooms in the patient rooms. Do not throw foreign objects into the patient toilets.
- Do not bring electrical appliances (e.g., kettles) from home.
- There is a companion chair at the head of each bed.
- Do not use other patients’ beds.
- Only one companion is allowed for each patient in our medical center.
- There is a call bell at the head of each bed. You can use the call bell to call medical staff if needed.
- Do not remove the patient’s wristband during their stay.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the service areas of the medical center (patient rooms, corridors, patient toilets, fire escape, etc.). Legal fines will be applied if smoking.
- Wheelchairs and TV remote controls will be provided during the stay and must be returned upon discharge.
